Russell Wilce Consulting works with organisations in developing their sales people through sales training and coaching and helping them to grow their business. However no two people or companies are the same, hence pre prepared training programs are not what we do. Consequently proven methods and strategies are used, from years of experience in the field, and working with sales people and sales focused companies.
Growing your business usually requires some "CHANGE". A change in training, thinking, process, marketing, attitude, and the list goes on. Quick fix courses and the monthly "how'd you go" sessions have a place. However we believe change requires a consistent presence as part of your business. This can be a full/half day per week, weekly/bi-monthly, for a month's duration or longer.
